On November 9 and 10, Kela Eco Boat attended the Plastic Waste Free World Conference & Expo, in Cologne, the world’s largest event dedicated to discussing materials innovations, technologies, and circular economy solutions to create a sustainable world free from plastic waste.
The event explores how international businesses from a wide variety of industries can reduce their use of fossil fuel-based plastics, eliminate single-use plastics, design and create more sustainable bio-sourced products and packaging solutions, and introduce more circular business model.
The event presents an opportunity to explore and discuss the highly complex plastic issue with world-leading experts from a number of different industries, and the chance to meet new partner companies and NGO, to pursue the same objectives and share the same values.
About Kela experience
During these two days, Kela team had the chance to show its technology, functionalities and innovations, explaining and demonstrating how Kela can be the solution to marine pollution.
One of the aim of the Expo attendance was to meet, together with Waste Free Oceans, people who could be interested in embracing our projects and supporting them.
It has been a pleasure to discover different realities, meeting interesting people and companies, and sharing values, knowledges, and innovations.
Special thanks to our partner Waste Free Oceans for the collaboration and to the entire staff of Plastic Waste Free World Conference & Expo for the availability and efficiency.
